Now hiring: we are hiring a cook in Esan North-East, Edo. You will be based in a catering banquet kitchen. On a typical shift you will prepare the mise en place before each service; check deliveries and rotate stock using FIFO; cook dishes to order on the grill, fry and sauté stations; keep the station clean and sanitised throughout the shift; marinate meats and prepare curries, gravies and bases.
