Immediate opening: bread and bun maker (Kano State)

Great opportunity: we are hiring a bread and bun maker in Bebeji, Kano State. You will work at a busy bakery. You will score the top of loaves before baking; laminate puff and croissant dough by folding in the butter; monitor oven temperature and baking time for each batch; rotate stock and follow FIFO on raw materials. You should have: • Able to lift 25 kg flour sacks • Able to work early-morning and night shifts 4+ years on the tools preferred. Meals and transport allowance provided. Six days a week, one day off. Walk-in interviews this week.
