Oven operator — Marathon County

Urgent requirement: we are hiring an oven operator in Marathon County, Wisconsin. Your main tasks: • Monitor oven temperature and baking time for each batch • Check finished products for colour, crumb and weight • Grease and clean baking trays, tins and moulds • Weigh and mix flour, yeast, water and salt to the day's recipe • Rotate stock and follow FIFO on raw materials What we are looking for: • Able to work early-morning and night shifts • Basic cake decorating and piping skills Six days a week, one day off.
