Urgent requirement: food and beverage server (Texas)

Immediate opening: we are hiring a food and beverage server in Madison County, Texas. You will be based in a five-star hotel. Day to day you will greet guests, seat them and present the menu; take food and drink orders on the POS terminal or order pad; clear and reset tables between covers; polish glasses, cutlery and crockery during mise en place; explain the day's specials and recommend dishes; pour water, wine and soft drinks and serve from the guest's left. You should have: • Basic food hygiene and FSSAI awareness • Ability to work fast under pressure during peak service • Willingness to work weekends, evenings and split shifts Freshers welcome — about 3 years of practice is enough.
