Moulder — Chugach Census Area

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a moulder in Chugach Census Area, Alaska. You should have: • Willing to work in hot, dusty conditions and rotating shifts • Able to read simple casting drawings and job cards • Knowledge of green-sand and resin-bonded moulding Day to day you will shot-blast castings to clean off burnt sand and scale; mix and recondition moulding sand to the right moisture; melt scrap metal and ingots in induction or cupola furnaces; inspect castings for cold shuts, blowholes and shrinkage defects.
