Hydraulic press operator — Zango

Vacancy available: we are hiring a hydraulic press operator in Zango, Katsina State. You will top up the press hydraulic oil and grease the slide ways; watch for cracks, burrs, wrinkles and double-hits on parts; run the press using two-hand controls and foot pedal safely; carry out first-off inspection and report rejects to the supervisor; apply die lubricant and keep the tooling clean. You should have: • Familiar with die setting and quick tool changes • Knowledge of press safety, guarding and lockout-tagout • Basic understanding of metal grades and thicknesses At least 4 year(s) in a similar role.
