Join our team: we are hiring a machine operator (earthworks) in Forrest County, Mississippi. On the job you will handle: • Backfill trenches and compact the fill in layers • Track the machine on and off low-loaders for transport • Strip and stockpile topsoil ready for reuse • Dig foundation trenches and footings to the marked depths and levels • Load spoil into tippers and dumpers cleanly without spillage • Clear sites, demolish structures and load out muck and rubble Requirements: • Confident working to fine grade and tight tolerances • Physically fit for long hours in the cab on outdoor sites • Able to read drawings, setting-out pegs and level pegs Freshers welcome — about 5 years of practice is enough. Part-time with flexible hours. Walk-in interviews this week.
