Grill cook wanted in Toombs County

Join our team: we are hiring a grill cook in Toombs County, Georgia. You will work at a busy restaurant kitchen. Day to day you will taste and adjust seasoning for consistency; manage the tandoor and skewer kebabs; chop, dice and portion vegetables, fish and meat; prepare the mise en place before each service; knead dough and bake breads such as roti, naan and paratha; check fryer oil and change it when it breaks down. What we are looking for: • Sound knowledge of HACCP and food safety standards • 2+ years' experience as a cook in a busy kitchen We offer $4,700 per month plus benefits. Rotating shifts.
