Immediate opening: we are hiring a crane operator in Hathras, Uttar Pradesh. Your main tasks: • Follow hand signals and radio calls from the banksman or slinger • Park up the crane, stow the jib and isolate at end of shift • Rig and sling loads using slings, shackles and spreader beams • Fit the counterweights and check the ground bearing pressure • Grease the slew ring and inspect the wire rope for broken strands • Help set out the lift plan and barrier off the exclusion zone We are looking for proven experience on mobile, tower or overhead cranes; understanding of hand and radio signals; physically fit to climb ladders and work long shifts. Freshers welcome — about 6 years of practice is enough. Part-time with flexible hours. ₹34,000 per month, negotiable for the right hands. Walk-in interviews this week — bring your tools.
