Bread baker — Ujjain

We are recruiting: we are hiring a bread baker in Ujjain, Madhya Pradesh. We are looking for knowledge of dough fermentation and proving; accurate at weighing and following recipes. You will proof and fry doughnuts, then glaze them; score the top of loaves before baking; roll out short-crust and biscuit dough; decorate cakes with icing, fondant and fresh cream; weigh and mix flour, yeast, water and salt to the day's recipe; grease and clean baking trays, tins and moulds. 1+ years on the tools preferred. Overtime paid at a premium rate. Full-time with occasional weekends. Walk-in interviews this week — bring your tools.
