Urgent requirement: baker (Akwa Ibom State)

Immediate opening: we are hiring a baker in Ika, Akwa Ibom State. You will be based in a hotel pastry kitchen. You should have: • Able to stand for long hours in a hot kitchen • Familiar with deck, rack and convection ovens Day to day you will proof and fry doughnuts, then glaze them; load and unload the deck oven with a peel; weigh and mix flour, yeast, water and salt to the day's recipe; pipe and fill cakes, pastries and cream rolls; check finished products for colour, crumb and weight. At least 4 year(s) in a similar role. Full-time with occasional weekends. Meals and transport allowance provided. Walk-in interviews this week.
