Join our team: we are hiring a head butcher in Ose, Ondo State. You will be based at a wholesale meat market. You will run the band saw to cut cleanly through bone; break down beef, mutton and chicken carcasses into primal cuts; stuff and link fresh sausages with casings; take customer orders and advise on cuts and cooking; portion steaks, chops and cutlets to the ordered weights. Requirements: • Confident knife skills and safe blade handling • Clean, presentable and friendly at the counter At least 3 year(s) in a similar role.
