Great opportunity: we are hiring a bar waiter in Fresno County, California. Day-to-day duties: • Handle guest complaints and escalate to the captain or manager • Carry loaded trays and serve plated dishes to the right table • Punch orders through to the kitchen as a KOT (kitchen order ticket) • Clear and reset tables between covers • Greet guests, seat them and present the menu Ideal candidate: • Basic food hygiene and FSSAI awareness • Ability to carry loaded trays and stay on your feet for long shifts Full-time, day shift.
