Requirements: • Comfortable working in cold rooms and chillers • Clean, presentable and friendly at the counter On the job you will handle: • Debone shoulders, legs and loins with a boning knife • Stuff and link fresh sausages with casings • Break down beef, mutton and chicken carcasses into primal cuts • Season and marinate meat on request • Dress the chilled counter and rotate stock by date • Portion steaks, chops and cutlets to the ordered weights At least 4 year(s) in a similar role.
