Banquet server — Linn County

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a banquet server in Linn County, Iowa. Day to day you will take food and drink orders on the POS terminal or order pad; follow food hygiene and allergen-handling rules; pour water, wine and soft drinks and serve from the guest's left; lay table covers with cutlery, napkins, glassware and crockery; upsell starters, desserts and beverages. Requirements: • Ability to work fast under pressure during peak service • Clear spoken communication and a polite, friendly manner • Ability to carry loaded trays and stay on your feet for long shifts 6+ years on the tools preferred.
