Immediate opening: we are hiring a catering cook in Webb County, Texas. You will work at a roadside dhaba. You will keep the station clean and sanitised throughout the shift; cook dishes to order on the grill, fry and sauté stations; follow cleaning schedules and wash down work surfaces; monitor food temperatures and run regular HACCP checks; chop, dice and portion vegetables, fish and meat. Requirements: • Able to lift heavy stock pots and sacks of supplies • Strong knife skills and speed on the line • 2+ years' experience as a cook in a busy kitchen Freshers welcome — about 6 years of practice is enough.
