Immediate opening: tandoor cook (Nebraska)

Vacancy available: we are hiring a tandoor cook in Madison County, Nebraska. You will be based at a cloud kitchen. Day-to-day duties: • Cook dishes to order on the grill, fry and sauté stations • Label and date all prepped ingredients in the walk-in • Taste and adjust seasoning for consistency • Manage the tandoor and skewer kebabs • Plate and garnish dishes for a quick pass to service What we are looking for: • Familiar with North Indian, tandoor and continental cooking • Able to lift heavy stock pots and sacks of supplies $3,800 per month, negotiable for the right hands. Overtime paid at a premium rate. Full-time, day shift. Walk-in interviews this week.
