Powder coating operator wanted in Nadia

We are recruiting: we are hiring a powder coating operator in Nadia, West Bengal. You will work in a metal finishing workshop. Your main tasks: • Hang components on jigs and conveyor hooks for even coverage • Mask off threads, holes and machined faces with caps and tape • Check dry film thickness with a DFT gauge in microns • Record batch numbers, oven temperatures and coating thickness • Degrease and clean metal parts before coating • Run colour changeovers and clean the booth between batches You should bring aware of PPE, respirator and fire-safety norms; able to operate electrostatic spray guns and curing ovens; keen eye for finish quality and surface defects. Freshers welcome — about 5 years of practice is enough. Rotating shifts. A stable, long-term role with a friendly crew. Pay around ₹25,500 per month, based on your experience.
