Requirements: • Ability to carry loaded trays and stay on your feet for long shifts • Ability to work fast under pressure during peak service The role involves: • Lay table covers with cutlery, napkins, glassware and crockery • Coordinate order timing with the kitchen and the bar • Polish glasses, cutlery and crockery during mise en place • Greet guests, seat them and present the menu • Clear and reset tables between covers • Explain the day's specials and recommend dishes Freshers welcome — about 4 years of practice is enough.
