You will monitor tyre pressure and top it up when needed; drive defensively through heavy traffic and bad weather; keep a daily trip log and record mileage and fuel used; help load luggage on airport and hotel runs; refuel the vehicle and keep the fuel receipts; carry out pre-trip checks on tyres, brakes, lights and mirrors.
