Urgent requirement: butcher (Missouri)

Now hiring: we are hiring a butcher in Ozark County, Missouri. You will work at a wholesale meat market. Day to day you will portion steaks, chops and cutlets to the ordered weights; mince meat and prepare keema on the grinder; keep halal cuts separated and clearly handled; season and marinate meat on request; dress the chilled counter and rotate stock by date. Ideal candidate: • Able to identify primal cuts of beef, mutton and poultry • Able to use a band saw, grinder and sausage filler 4+ years on the tools preferred. Rotating shifts.
