Earthmoving equipment operator wanted in Suffolk County

Immediate opening: we are hiring an earthmoving equipment operator in Suffolk County, New York. You will be based at a civil contractor's yard. Requirements: • Valid heavy equipment or plant operator licence • Physically fit for climbing on and off the machine • Safety awareness around banksmen, trucks and other plant On a typical shift you will rip hard ground and rock using the rear ripper shank; maintain haul roads and keep drainage falls clear; refuel the machine and record running hours; form embankments and batter slopes to the required angle. Part-time with flexible hours. Overtime paid at a premium rate. Walk-in interviews this week.
