Now hiring: we are hiring a tandoor cook in Marshall County, Illinois. What we are looking for: • Willing to work split shifts, weekends and public holidays • Food hygiene / FoSTaC certificate On the job you will handle: • Keep the station clean and sanitised throughout the shift • Check deliveries and rotate stock using FIFO • Prepare the mise en place before each service • Marinate meats and prepare curries, gravies and bases • Label and date all prepped ingredients in the walk-in • Cook dishes to order on the grill, fry and sauté stations 2+ years on the tools preferred. Six days a week, one day off. Walk-in interviews this week.
