Now hiring: we are hiring a pastry baker in Nassarawa, Kano State. The job is in a hotel pastry kitchen. Requirements: • Familiar with deck, rack and convection ovens • 2+ years' experience as a baker On a typical shift you will knead and develop dough by hand and in the spiral mixer; roll out short-crust and biscuit dough; pipe and fill cakes, pastries and cream rolls; grease and clean baking trays, tins and moulds; monitor oven temperature and baking time for each batch. 6+ years on the tools preferred. Pay around ₦8,500 per day, based on your experience. On-the-job training and a clear path to grow. Full-time with occasional weekends. Contact us to fix an interview.
