Great opportunity: we are hiring a head baker in Burhanpur, Madhya Pradesh. You will work at a busy bakery. We are looking for able to work early-morning and night shifts; knowledge of dough fermentation and proving. Your main tasks: • Grease and clean baking trays, tins and moulds • Pipe and fill cakes, pastries and cream rolls • Weigh and mix flour, yeast, water and salt to the day's recipe • Proof and fry doughnuts, then glaze them • Shape loaves, rolls, baguettes and buns by hand PF/ESI and paid leave as per norms.
