Dishwasher — Forsyth County

Great opportunity: we are hiring a dishwasher in Forsyth County, Georgia. You will work at a cloud kitchen. Day-to-day duties: • Load and run the commercial dishwashing machine through wash cycles • Empty bins, take out the rubbish and break down cardboard • Hand-wash pots, pans and trays using the three-sink wash-rinse-sanitise method • Top up detergent and rinse aid and check wash and sanitise temperatures • Sanitise crockery, glassware and cutlery to the required temperature • Polish glasses and cutlery and stack them ready at the pass Requirements: • Previous experience in a busy commercial kitchen preferred • Keen eye for cleanliness and kitchen hygiene standards • Able to work fast and keep up under service pressure Overtime paid at a premium rate.
