Vacancy available: grill cook (Rivers State)

We are recruiting: we are hiring a grill cook in Omumma, Rivers State. The job is at a cloud kitchen. The role involves follow cleaning schedules and wash down work surfaces; follow standardised recipes and stick to portion sizes; check fryer oil and change it when it breaks down; marinate meats and prepare curries, gravies and bases; prepare stocks, sauces and soups from scratch. You should have: • Sound knowledge of HACCP and food safety standards • Able to lift heavy stock pots and sacks of supplies • Able to stand for long shifts and work in heat 6+ years on the tools preferred.
