Immediate opening: we are hiring a retail butcher in Boripe, Osun State. You will be based at a wholesale meat market. You should have: • Clean, presentable and friendly at the counter • 2+ years experience working as a butcher Day-to-day duties: • Keep halal cuts separated and clearly handled • Monitor chiller and freezer temperatures to keep the cold chain • Stuff and link fresh sausages with casings • Take customer orders and advise on cuts and cooking • Weigh, price and label cuts for the display case • Keep HACCP hygiene records and sanitise the block and tools Part-time with flexible hours.
