You should have: • Food hygiene / HACCP certificate • Confident knife skills and safe blade handling Your main tasks: • Dress the chilled counter and rotate stock by date • Keep HACCP hygiene records and sanitise the block and tools • Weigh, price and label cuts for the display case • Keep halal cuts separated and clearly handled We offer ₦110,000 per month plus benefits.
