Vacancy available: we are hiring a cook in Owerri Municipal, Imo State. You will work in a hospital or office canteen. Ideal candidate: • Good teamwork and clear communication under pressure • Food hygiene / FoSTaC certificate The role involves keep the station clean and sanitised throughout the shift; manage the tandoor and skewer kebabs; label and date all prepped ingredients in the walk-in; prepare stocks, sauces and soups from scratch; chop, dice and portion vegetables, fish and meat; monitor food temperatures and run regular HACCP checks.
