Horticulturist wanted in Grant County

Great opportunity: we are hiring a horticulturist in Grant County, Oregon. The job is at a private estate garden. Your main tasks: • Mow and edge lawns with petrol and ride-on mowers • Lay turf and oversow bare patches of lawn • Plant seasonal bedding plants, bulbs and saplings • Water beds and lawns and set up drip irrigation lines • Dig over and turn the soil and prepare seedbeds Ideal candidate: • Able to safely operate mowers, strimmers and hedge trimmers • Understanding of pruning and watering schedules • Previous experience as a gardener or in grounds maintenance Six days a week, one day off.
