Requirements: • Familiar with deck, rack and convection ovens • Understanding of food-safety and HACCP basics • Basic cake decorating and piping skills Day-to-day duties: • Pipe and fill cakes, pastries and cream rolls • Grease and clean baking trays, tins and moulds • Check finished products for colour, crumb and weight • Proof and fry doughnuts, then glaze them $4,400 per month, negotiable for the right hands. On-the-job training and a clear path to grow. Rotating shifts. Walk-in interviews this week.
