Immediate opening: we are hiring a butcher in Isokan, Osun State. You will work at a busy retail butcher's shop. Requirements: • 2+ years experience working as a butcher • Food hygiene / HACCP certificate The role involves: • Vacuum-pack and wrap customer orders • Sharpen and hone knives on a steel and whetstone • Take customer orders and advise on cuts and cooking • Weigh, price and label cuts for the display case • Monitor chiller and freezer temperatures to keep the cold chain • Debone shoulders, legs and loins with a boning knife We offer ₦175,000 per month plus benefits.
