Bread and bun maker wanted in Cherokee County

Join our team: we are hiring a bread and bun maker in Cherokee County, Texas. You will be based in a bread factory. You will check finished products for colour, crumb and weight; grease and clean baking trays, tins and moulds; decorate cakes with icing, fondant and fresh cream; shape loaves, rolls, baguettes and buns by hand; boil sugar syrup for glazes and icing. You should have: • Basic cake decorating and piping skills • Able to stand for long hours in a hot kitchen • Knowledge of dough fermentation and proving Freshers welcome — about 2 years of practice is enough.
