Requirements: • Basic food hygiene and FSSAI awareness • Ability to work fast under pressure during peak service • Good knowledge of the menu, ingredients and beverages Day-to-day duties: • Lay table covers with cutlery, napkins, glassware and crockery • Restock side stations with sauces, condiments and napkins • Greet guests, seat them and present the menu • Explain the day's specials and recommend dishes Freshers welcome — about 2 years of practice is enough.
