Now hiring: we are hiring a turning centre operator in Briscoe County, Texas. What we are looking for: • Able to hold tolerances to ±0.01 mm • Comfortable standing for long shifts and lifting up to 20 kg • Able to read engineering drawings and GD&T The role involves adjust feeds and speeds to control the surface finish; load and index turning tools in the turret; set up workpieces in three-jaw chucks and collets; run first-off inspection and sign off the part; check diameters and lengths against the spec sheet; run facing, turning, boring, grooving and threading cycles. 3+ years on the tools preferred.
