Immediate opening: we are hiring a kitchenhand in Kalgo, Kebbi State. The role involves top up detergent and rinse aid and check wash and sanitise temperatures; load and run the commercial dishwashing machine through wash cycles; wash chopping boards, knives and kitchen utensils; scrub out grease traps and clear blocked drains and gullies; empty bins, take out the rubbish and break down cardboard; help unload deliveries and store stock in the dry store and cold room.
