Dish pit attendant — Kakching

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a dish pit attendant in Kakching, Manipur. You will work at a busy restaurant kitchen. We are looking for willing to work evenings, weekends and split shifts; careful handling of cleaning chemicals and degreasers. On the job you will handle: • Load and run the commercial dishwashing machine through wash cycles • Top up detergent and rinse aid and check wash and sanitise temperatures • Sort, dry and return clean plates and bowls to the kitchen stations • Wash chopping boards, knives and kitchen utensils Freshers welcome — about 4 years of practice is enough.
