Captain waiter wanted in Umatilla County

Immediate opening: we are hiring a captain waiter in Umatilla County, Oregon. Day-to-day duties: • Check back during the meal and handle special requests • Carry loaded trays and serve plated dishes to the right table • Clear and reset tables between covers • Explain the day's specials and recommend dishes • Restock side stations with sauces, condiments and napkins • Coordinate order timing with the kitchen and the bar What we are looking for: • Willingness to work weekends, evenings and split shifts • Clear spoken communication and a polite, friendly manner • Good knowledge of the menu, ingredients and beverages 6+ years on the tools preferred.
