Tandoor cook wanted in Thoubal

Immediate opening: we are hiring a tandoor cook in Thoubal, Manipur. You will work in a catering banquet kitchen. Day-to-day duties: • Chop, dice and portion vegetables, fish and meat • Follow cleaning schedules and wash down work surfaces • Check deliveries and rotate stock using FIFO • Monitor food temperatures and run regular HACCP checks • Follow standardised recipes and stick to portion sizes Ideally you have familiar with North Indian, tandoor and continental cooking; able to lift heavy stock pots and sacks of supplies. Full-time with occasional weekends. Walk-in interviews this week — bring your tools.
