Confectioner wanted in Ottawa County

We are recruiting: we are hiring a confectioner in Ottawa County, Oklahoma. The job is at a cake shop. Requirements: • Able to work early-morning and night shifts • Able to lift 25 kg flour sacks The role involves laminate puff and croissant dough by folding in the butter; score the top of loaves before baking; boil sugar syrup for glazes and icing; monitor oven temperature and baking time for each batch; proof and fry doughnuts, then glaze them. 5+ years on the tools preferred. Rotating shifts. A stable, long-term role with a friendly crew. Walk-in interviews this week.
