Join our team: we are hiring a pipe TIG welder in Iwo, Osun State. You should have: • Sound knowledge of argon gas settings and tungsten selection • Steady hand and good hand-eye coordination • Good eyesight for fine sheet-metal work Day-to-day duties: • TIG weld aluminium sections after cleaning off the oxide layer • Clamp and fit up components on the jig before welding • Run butt, fillet, lap and corner joints to spec • Tack weld parts to hold the fit-up before the final run • Set the argon flow on the flowmeter and check the hose for leaks Full-time with occasional weekends.
