Join our team: we are hiring a meat trimmer in Orolu, Osun State. You will be based in a meat processing plant. Day-to-day duties: • Season and marinate meat on request • Sharpen and hone knives on a steel and whetstone • Debone shoulders, legs and loins with a boning knife • Portion steaks, chops and cutlets to the ordered weights • Trim fat, sinew and silver skin off the cuts Requirements: • Able to use a band saw, grinder and sausage filler • Quick and accurate on the weighing scales and order maths • 2+ years experience working as a butcher Pay around ₦130,000 per month, based on your experience.
