Vacancy available: we are hiring a restaurant steward in Sumter County, Florida. The role involves: • Clear and reset tables between covers • Follow food hygiene and allergen-handling rules • Raise the bill on the POS and settle cash and card payments • Handle guest complaints and escalate to the captain or manager • Greet guests, seat them and present the menu Requirements: • Basic numeracy for handling cash, bills and change • Basic food hygiene and FSSAI awareness 4+ years on the tools preferred. $4,300 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
