Join our team: we are hiring a cook in Macoupin County, Illinois. You will be based at a roadside dhaba. Day to day you will manage the tandoor and skewer kebabs; label and date all prepped ingredients in the walk-in; monitor food temperatures and run regular HACCP checks; prepare the mise en place before each service. You should have: • Able to stand for long shifts and work in heat • 2+ years' experience as a cook in a busy kitchen At least 1 year(s) in a similar role. Overtime paid at a premium rate.
