Nursery worker • Toto, Nasarawa State

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a nursery worker in Toto, Nasarawa State. Day-to-day duties: • Lay turf and oversow bare patches of lawn • Plant seasonal bedding plants, bulbs and saplings • Apply fertiliser, compost and mulch to beds • Water beds and lawns and set up drip irrigation lines • Spray pesticides and fungicides to control pests and disease • Operate strimmers, leaf blowers and brush cutters What we are looking for: • Understanding of pruning and watering schedules • Good knowledge of common plants, shrubs and seasonal planting • An eye for detail and a tidy, well-kept finish Freshers welcome — about 5 years of practice is enough.
