Join our team: we are hiring a prep cook in Ramsey County, Minnesota. The role involves chop, dice and portion vegetables, fish and meat; manage the tandoor and skewer kebabs; label and date all prepped ingredients in the walk-in; monitor food temperatures and run regular HACCP checks. Requirements: • Sound knowledge of HACCP and food safety standards • Good teamwork and clear communication under pressure • Willing to work split shifts, weekends and public holidays 4+ years on the tools preferred.
