Canteen cook wanted in Oyi

We are recruiting: we are hiring a canteen cook in Oyi, Anambra State. You will be based in a catering banquet kitchen. What we are looking for: • Sound knowledge of HACCP and food safety standards • Strong knife skills and speed on the line • Able to read and follow recipes and dockets Your main tasks: • Keep the station clean and sanitised throughout the shift • Check fryer oil and change it when it breaks down • Taste and adjust seasoning for consistency • Marinate meats and prepare curries, gravies and bases • Manage the tandoor and skewer kebabs Six days a week, one day off. On-the-job training and a clear path to grow. Walk-in interviews this week.
