We are recruiting: we are hiring a heavy equipment operator (dozer) in Marion County, Indiana. Requirements: • Knowledge of daily greasing and pre-start inspections • Proven experience operating crawler dozers (D6 to D8 class) • Good understanding of cut-and-fill and batter slopes Day to day you will rip hard ground and rock using the rear ripper shank; grade and level subgrade for roads, pads and platforms; maintain haul roads and keep drainage falls clear; carry out pre-start checks on tracks, hydraulics, coolant and engine oil. 6+ years on the tools preferred.
