Line cook wanted in Jefferson County

Join our team: we are hiring a line cook in Jefferson County, Texas. You will work at a cloud kitchen. Day to day you will check deliveries and rotate stock using FIFO; chop, dice and portion vegetables, fish and meat; plate and garnish dishes for a quick pass to service; cook dishes to order on the grill, fry and sauté stations; manage the tandoor and skewer kebabs; prepare stocks, sauces and soups from scratch. You should have: • Strong knife skills and speed on the line • 2+ years' experience as a cook in a busy kitchen Part-time with flexible hours. Performance bonus on top of base pay.
